1. PAYMENT & PRICING

What payment methods do you accept? We offer various flexible payment options for your convenience:

  • Option 1: Pay at Store: Visit any BomCloset branch to try on items and pay directly.

  • Option 2: Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the courier upon receiving your package at your registered address.

  • Option 3: Online Payment: Pay securely via ATM Card, ZaloPay, or VNPAY at the final checkout step.

  • Option 4: Bank Transfer:

    • Our bank account details will appear at the final step of checkout.

    • Transfer Content: BomCloset + Order Code + Your Name.

Do the prices listed include shipping fees? No, the prices listed on the BomCloset website are for the products only and do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address.

How can I request a VAT Invoice for my company? We support issuing VAT invoices based on the information provided at checkout.

  • Important: If you need to convert a personal invoice to a company invoice, please contact us within 14 days of successful delivery.

  • After this period, we regret that we cannot support any changes to invoice information.

2. ALTERATION SERVICES

Does BomCloset offer alteration services? Yes, we do! We understand that every body is unique. We offer alteration services for all genuine BomCloset products (purchased both online and in-store) to ensure the perfect fit for you.

What can be altered?

  • Measurements: Taking in or letting out Bust – Waist – Hips; Adjusting armholes; Reducing shoulder width; Widening the neck.

  • Bust Adjustments: Adjusting bust darts (higher/lower); Removing excess fabric.

  • Length Adjustments: Shortening sleeves, straps, or dress/skirt hems.

  • Repairs: Replacing buttons, zippers, or mending small tears.

What are the costs and timeframe?

  • Cost: Very reasonable, ranging from 30,000 VND to 50,000 VND depending on the complexity.

  • Time: Please allow 7 – 10 days for our tailors to perfect your garment.

  • Shipping: We offer free delivery of altered items to the nearest BomCloset branch. If you require home delivery, standard shipping fees will apply.

3. ACCOUNT & TERMS OF USE

Do I need an account to shop? An account is not mandatory, but we highly recommend registering. Being a member allows you to:

  • Track your order history easily.

  • Save your details for faster checkout next time.

  • Receive exclusive offers and birthday treats.

  • Note: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

How can I cancel or modify my order? If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our Hotline or email support@bomcloset.io as soon as possible.

  • Note: Please provide your Order Code so we can assist you quickly before the package is shipped.
