At BomCloset, we want you to love every piece you receive. We understand that sometimes a fit might not be perfect, or you might change your mind. Here are our policies designed to ensure a transparent and happy shopping experience.


1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under 1,000,000 VND:

    • Ho Chi Minh City: 25,000 VND

    • Other Provinces: 30,000 VND

  • Orders over 1,000,000 VND: FREE SHIPPING (Standard delivery).

  • Express Delivery (Same Day): Fees calculate according to Grab/Ahamove rates at the time of booking (applies to HCMC only).

  • Note: Shipping promotions cannot be combined with other discount programs.

Delivery Process

  • Processing Time: We aim to hand over your order to the courier within 24 – 48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Combined Shipping: If you place multiple orders close together, we will try our best to merge them into one shipment for your convenience.

  • Pre-Orders: For orders containing Pre-Order items, the entire package will be shipped once the pre-ordered items arrive at our warehouse.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your phone number and address are correct. If we cannot contact you within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded (if prepaid) within 30 days.

  • Please handle the package with care when opening with sharp objects. BomCloset is not responsible for damage caused by the opening process after you have signed for the package.


2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: Within 3 DAYS from the date of receipt (for online orders) or date of purchase (in-store).

  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and receipts attached.

  • Frequency: Each product can be exchanged only once.

Policy by Product Type

Product Type Exchange Policy Condition
Full-Price Items Supported. You can exchange for a different size or model. Must be in original condition.
Sale Items Not Supported. No exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturer defect. Defect/Damage must be verified.

Costs & Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for 2-way shipping fees for subjective exchanges (size/style change). BomCloset covers shipping fees for defective items or wrong shipments.

  • Price Difference:

    • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to your BomCloset Member Points (Store Credit).

    • If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will refund 100% of the product value (after VIP discounts) to your Member Points for future use.


3. ORDERING GUIDE

Shopping at BomCloset is simple and secure:

  1. Browse: Explore our Collections or Lookbooks to find your favorite items.

  2. Select: Choose your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart” (or “Buy Now” for single items).

  3. Checkout:

    • Click the Cart icon (top right) to review your picks.

    • Select “Proceed to Checkout”.

  4. Login: Log in to your account (or sign in via Google/Facebook). You can shop as a guest, but we recommend registering to track orders and earn points.

  5. Information: Enter your shipping details carefully.

  6. Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and confirm the order.


4. PAYMENT METHODS

We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Pay directly to the courier upon receiving your package.

  • Bank Transfer: Transfer directly to our bank account (Details provided at checkout). Content: OLV + Order Code + Your Name.

  • Online Payment: Pay securely via ZaloPay or VNPAY.

  • Direct Payment: Pay in cash or card when picking up at our store.
